Prevention
If it is necessary to carry out a partition of the working cylinder (usually because of leak of brake fluid) previously learn the price of spare parts or cost of already vosstavlenny or new cylinder. Before a partition acquire repair set. Always repair both working cylinders together, – never repair only one of them.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Lift a back part of the car and install it on support. Block lobbies a wheel that the car incidentally did not sweep. |
| 2. Remove brake shoes of a back brake (see subsection 9.8). |
| 3. Remove dirt around the working cylinder. |
|
4. Disconnect a brake tube (1) by means of a cap wrench if is available. Do not pick up the phone from the cylinder. Turn off fixing bolts (2) workers of the cylinder. |
| 5. Remove the working cylinder from a board of a back brake and establish it on a pure desktop. As soon as possible close an opening of a brake tube for prevention of loss of brake fluid and hit in a dirt tube. |

Partition
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the valve of production of air, caps, pistons, covers and springs from the cylinder (see rice. Elements of a back drum brake). |
| 2. Wash out the working cylinder brake fluid, alcohol or the cleaning liquid for the mechanism of brakes. |
Prevention
It is forbidden to use solvents on the basis of gasoline for cleaning of elements of brakes.

| 3. By means of clean compressed air dry up the working cylinder and blow channels. |
| 4. Check the internal surface of the cylinder for existence of corrosion and scratches – the cylinder needs to be replaced if its internal surface is scratched or has corrosion traces. |
| 5. Grease new caps with brake fluid. |
| 6. Collect elements of the working cylinder. Check that cap edges inspectors inside. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Install the working cylinder into place and fingers twirl fixing bolts. Connect a brake tube to the working cylinder. Check reliability of connection. Tighten bolts of fastening of the working cylinder till the required moment of an inhaling specified in the section of technical characteristics at the beginning of this chapter. |
| 2. Reliably delay connection of a brake tube and establish brake shoes (see subsection 9.8). |
| 3. Pump over the brake system (see subsection 9.12). |
| 4. Check work of brakes before normal operation of the car. |
