Order of an inhaling of bolts of a head of cylinders

The description of removal and installation of a head of cylinders without removal of the engine is given below.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Switch-off the accumulator.

2. Merge cooling liquid.

3. Remove tubes of nozzles, nozzles and a tube of supply of fuel.

4. Disconnect a food wire from an inlet collector. Remove from candles of 4 rubber tips, turn off 4 nuts, remove the current tire and turn out four glow plugs. Fastening of candles is shown in the right part rice. Assembly drawing of a head of cylinders.

5. Take off a gear belt as it was described in the previous chapter. Remove also a camshaft cogwheel.

6. Disconnect the gas cable mechanism.

7. Pick up the phone of discharge of cooling liquid and a tube of a heater. At the same time the bracket for an engine raising is also released. Under a flange of a tube there is a laying. Disconnect a hose since one end.

8. Turn off from the forward party of the engine an average cover (32) of a gear belt on rice. Assembly drawing of a head of cylinders.

9. Remove six nuts and sealing washers of a cover of a head of cylinders and uncover with laying.

10. Remove a forward lifting bracket of the engine.

11. Evenly cross-wise in the sequence specified rice. An order of an inhaling of bolts of a head of cylinders, turn off eighteen bolts of a head of cylinders.

12. Lift a head of cylinders from pins in a head of cylinders and put it on a workbench. Strong sat down head of cylinders can be separated from the block of cylinders by means of the screw-driver inserted between a head of cylinders and a ledge of the block of cylinders. Do not damage at the same time a head of cylinders. Remove traces of old consolidation. Do not allow hit of the remains of old laying in the block of cylinders.
