3.2.19. Fuel filter

GENERAL INFORMATION

The fuel filter is replaced according to indications of the maintenance instruction and is subject to replacement if the precautionary lamp of the filter lights up, signaling that in the filter there is water.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect the socket from the switch of the filter and unscrew the switch by means of a pipe key.
2. Unscrew the filter a key for the filter as it becomes at an otvorachivaniye of an oil filter. Completely unscrew the filter and remove a sealing ring.
3. Enclose a new sealing ring in a flute of the filter and fill in in it a little diesel fuel.
4. Screw the filter on a filter socle before emergence of notable resistance. From this situation tighten the filter on 3/4 turns, either a hand, or a key for the filter.
5. Screw the filter switch with new laying, tightening only a hand, but not a key. Connect the socket.
6. Pump with the handle of the manual pump from the top party of the filter before emergence of notable resistance. It is a sign that the filter is completely filled.
