1.5.8. Cowl

GENERAL INFORMATION

To open a cowl, pull on yourself the lever cover located under the forward panel.

Pull on yourself for bottom edge of a latch in front of the car and open a cowl.

Record a cowl abroach, having substituted a rack (1) and having rested it against a groove (2).

Before closing a cowl, be convinced that in a motor compartment there is no tool left, rags and other foreign objects. Remove a rack of a cowl and bring a rack to a groove that there were no excessive noise at the movement. Lower a cowl, having convinced of correctness of its situation (the latch has to come into a groove). If necessary slightly press a first line of a cowl that the latch worked.
