1.5.39. The AM-UKV radio receiver with electronic control

GENERAL INFORMATION

 Use of the radio receiver

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Turn on the receiver, having turned the PWR.VOL handle clockwise.
2. Adjust loudness, turning the PWR.VOL handle.
3. Be adjusted on the necessary station.
4. For reception of VHF (FM) - radio station switch to the mode of reception of VHF (FM), choose the stereo mode - or monophonic reception.
If transfer on a VHF stereo is accepted, then the receiver will automatically switch to reception of a stereo, at the same time on the display ST symbol will appear. If a signal weak, then switch to the monophonic mode, having pressed the corresponding button. On the display MONO symbol will appear.
5. Adjust a timbre and balance.
6. To switch off the receiver, turn the PWR.VOL handle counterclockwise.

 Control for the station

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For the choice mono - or stereoreception press the LM/U button. On the display symbols of LMW or UKW will appear.
2. Be adjusted on the necessary station by means of one of the ways offered below. On the display value of frequency of control will appear.
Control in the program mode
3. Press the button of the choice of the station which was in advance brought in memory. The receiver will automatically be adjusted on this station, and on the display number of the button will be displayed.
Mode of continuous search
4. Press at the same time on both parties the TUNE buttons and wait for a continuous sound signal. The receiver will begin to carry out automatically search of the nearest station with higher or lower frequency of broadcasting. After consistent reception control stops. By the subsequent pressing of the button search will continue before consistent reception of the following station.
5. If because of too weak signal it is not possible to be adjusted after single scanning of all range of frequencies, then search will continue, but at hypersensibility, and on the display the symbol DX will appear. After reception of the station control automatically stops.
Manual control
6. Press at the same time on both parties the TUNE buttons for a while, not exceeding 0,5 pages. By each pressing of the button there is a jump to the frequency at which broadcasting is possible.

 Control programming

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Be adjusted on the necessary station.
2. Press the button of the choice of the station and wait for a sound signal. At the same time the station will automatically join when pressing this button which number will appear on the display.
3. On each button it is possible to remember one AM station and one VHF station. To bring control for the new station in memory, repeat the procedure described above. Control for the programmed station is erased at power off (a battery detachment, burn-out of a safety lock, etc.).

 Reception of the ARI station (road information)

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Press the LM/U button. On the display UKW symbol will appear.
2. Press the VF button. The receiver will switch to the mode of reception of ARI on the display VF symbol will appear.
3. Be adjusted on the necessary station broadcasting API information. After control for the ARI station on the display SK symbol will appear.
4. For ARI broadcasting cancellation repeatedly press the VF button.

Control of a timbre

It is provided with turn of the TONE handle.

Control of balance.

Pull on yourself the PWR handle. Also turn VOL.
