8.2.5. Hydraulic system of the drive of switching off of coupling

Pumping

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. It is necessary to remove all air from hydraulic system if system, any of elements, acted or the tank of the main cylinder was empty. The procedure of pumping is similar to the procedure of pumping of the brake system.
2. Fill a tank of the main cylinder with fresh brake fluid of the required type (see subsection 2.1).

Prevention

Do not reuse the hydraulic liquid merged from hydraulic system when pumping or liquid which long time was in open capacity.

3. Lift the car and install it on support for receiving access to the working cylinder of the drive of switching off of coupling which is located on the left side of a case of coupling.
4. Find the final valve on the working cylinder of the drive of switching off of coupling (slightly higher than the place of connection of a hydraulic tube). Remove a dustproof cap from the valve and put on a plastic tube the valve. Place the second end of a tube in the pure capacity in which brake fluid approximately on 6 cm is poured. The end of a tube needs to be lowered in hydraulic liquid.
5. Ask the assistant to press a pedal of coupling and to hold it in this situation. Open the final valve on the working cylinder, having allowed hydraulic liquid to flow down on a hose. Close the valve when liquid ceases to flow on a hose. After closing of the valve ask the assistant to release a coupling pedal.
6. Repeat this operation until all air is removed from hydraulic system. On a tube pure hydraulic liquid without vials of air has to begin to flow. You watch the level of hydraulic liquid in a tank of the main cylinder; if the level of liquid falls too strongly, air will get to hydraulic system again, and you should start everything anew.
7. Install a cap on the final valve and lower the car. Check operation of the drive of switching off of coupling before operation of the car.
