Prevention
Before work, learn, how much for already restored or new cylinder and whether there are they on sale. Depending on it, you will make the decision, whether you should be engaged in restoration of the cylinder. If you decide to restore the cylinder, check its internal surface before purchase of spare parts in the beginning.
Removal

| 1. Disconnect a wire of the negative plug of the accumulator. |
Prevention
If the stereoplayer of your car has system of the coding, check whether you know a code of activation of the player before an accumulator detachment.

| 2. Lift the car and install it on support. |
|
|
3. Disconnect a hydraulic tube of the working cylinder. If is available, use a cap wrench for connection untwisting not to break a side (it is specified by the left arrow). Then turn off two fixing bolts (are specified by the right shooters). Prepare several rags as at a detachment of a tube can spill a little hydraulic liquid. |
| 4. Turn off fixing bolts of the working cylinder. |
| 5. Remove the working cylinder. |

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a pusher and a cover (see rice. Elements of the working cylinder of the drive of switching off of coupling). |
| 2. Knock with the cylinder on a wooden surface to get the piston and consolidation. Take a spring from a cylinder cavity. |
| 3. Carefully examine the internal surface of the cylinder on existence of deep scratches or notches. The surface to the touch has to be smooth. If it not ideally smooth, the working cylinder needs to be replaced. |
| 4. Using new details from a repair kit, collect the cylinder, plentifully greasing all elements before assembly by fresh brake fluid. Check correctness of installation of a spring and consolidation. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Install the working cylinder of the drive of switching off of coupling on a coupling case. Check that the pusher got to a nest of a release fork. |
| 2. Connect a hydraulic tube to the working cylinder. Delay connection. |
| 3. Fill in in a tank of the main cylinder of the drive of switching off of coupling fresh hydraulic liquid of the required type (see subsection 2.1). |
| 4. Pump over hydraulic system (see subsection 8.2.5). |
| 5. Lower the car and connect a wire of the negative plug of the accumulator. |
