Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the central console (see subsection 11.24).

2. Remove fastenings of the switching ropes and disconnect both ropes from the switching lever (see subsection 7.1.2).

3. Turn off fixing bolts at the gear shifting lever unit basis (see rice. The switching ropes and the unit of the lever of gear shifting (model of release of 1993 - 1995 of) or rice. The switching ropes and the unit of the lever of gear shifting (release model since 1996)) also remove the unit from the car.

Prevention

The unit of the lever of gear shifting can be two modifications which are shown on illustrations. When replacing the unit of the lever of gear shifting take the old unit with yourself upon purchase new to buy the unit of the lever of gear shifting of precisely required modification.

4. Installation is carried out upside-down removals.
