Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Pick up the phone of the index of level of oil, the oil pallet, a plate of a maslootrazhatel (only on engines of 1,8 l) and an oil receiver assembled with the filter of rough cleaning.
2. You will hang out the engine from above and shoot a gear belt, a video of a natyazhitel of a belt with a spring, the leading pulley of the crankshaft, the conducted gear wheel of a cam-shaft and an asterisk of the drive of the oil pump (the last detail is removed on engines of 1,3 l). The order of performance of operations is described in subsection 3.1.1.6.
3. Having turned off a bolt (it is specified by an arrow), remove the sensor of position of the crankshaft if it is provided by a design. Turn off a bolt and pick up the phone of the index of level of oil. On engines of 1,3 l turn out the reducing valve from the block of cylinders.
4. Turn off bolts (are specified by shooters) and remove the case of the oil pump from the engine. If necessary hook the case the screw-driver inserted between a cover of the forward radical bearing and the case, or displace the pump easy blows of the hammer with soft brisk. On engines of 1,3 l remove a sealing ring.
5. Scrape off the laying material remains from the demountable planes of the pump and block of cylinders, then wash out the planes solvent of a varnish or acetone.
6. Unscrew five screws with a secret head (on l engines 1,6 and 1,8) and uncover a pump housing. Get the conducting and conducted rotors (see rice. Details of the oil pump (engines of 1,3 l) and rice. Details of the oil pump (engines of 1,6 l and 1,8 l))
7. Get a lock ring, a spring and a plunger of the reducing valve.

Prevention

Keep in mind that the spring of the valve is clamped with big effort therefore be careful, put on goggles.


Check of a state

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Wash out all details in solvent, check existence of wear and damages.
2. Check a condition of the sliding surface of the piston of the reducing valve and a spring. At detection of damages replace the piston complete with a spring.
3. Check the probe a gap between a rotor and a pump housing.
4. By means of the probe and caliber check a face gap of a rotor.
5. Check the probe a gap in gearing of the leader and conducted rotors. Compare results of measurements to standard. If gaps exceed norm, then replace rotors in a set. If necessary replace a pump housing.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Oil rotors fresh for the engine and establish in a pump housing by tags down on engines 1,3 l, or tags up on l engines 1,6 and 1,8 (tags are specified by shooters).
2. Put technical vaseline in a pump cavity, put a cover and tighten screws of fastening of a cover.
3. Oil the piston of the reducing valve fresh for the engine and install valve details in the case or in the block of cylinders.
4. On engines of 1,3 l apply on a pump housing of a drop of sealant with a diameter of 5 mm and enclose ring laying in a case flute. On engines 1,6 and 1,8 of l put new laying on the block of cylinders (orient laying on pins).
5. Install the pump assembled on the block of cylinders and wrap fastening bolts. On engines 1,6 and 1,8 of l dress the leading rotor on the crankshaft, having combined lysk on the crankshaft and on a rotor shaft.
6. Tighten fastening bolts with the set moment in three steps. To avoid deformation of the case, tighten bolts in a diagonal order.
7. Establish other removed details upside-down.
8. Establish a maslootrazhatelny plate and an oil receiver assembled with the filter of rough cleaning, previously having replaced laying (see subsection 3.1.1.12). Tighten bolts with the moments specified in (see subsection 3.1.1.1). At installation of a tube of the index of level of oil replace a sealing ring from the pump.
9. Fill in oil in the engine, start the engine, be convinced of lack of leaks.
10. Again check oil level in the engine.
