6.5.6. Temperature sensor of system of recirculation (EGR sensor)


The temperature EGR sensor is mounted near the recirculation valve. The sensor monitors change of temperature of exhaust gases when passing via the recirculation valve.

Information on temperature comes to the control unit which precisely regulates time of inclusion / switching off of the valve, providing increase in efficiency of purification of exhaust gases. At violation of operation of the temperature EGR sensor in memory the code 71 registers.


1. Disconnect from the conducting socket.
2. Measure sensor resistance at various temperatures. Standard values of resistance at various temperature are specified in subsection 6.1.


1. Disconnect the socket of conducting and Rozhkov a key turn out the sensor from an inlet collector.
2. Installation is carried out upside-down.
