1. Turn off nuts of fastening of a rope and remove a rope from an arm on the case of a butterfly valve. |
2. Disconnect a rope from the connecting mechanism of a butterfly valve. |
3. Remove a rope from an arm on the transmission. |
4. Walk along a rope to the transmission, to that place where it enters the transmission slightly further of the switch blocking inclusion of a starter by the included transfer. Turn off a fixing bolt. |
5. Remove the oil pallet (see subsection 3.1.1.12), merge transmission liquid and remove the filter (see subsection 5.9). |

6. Turn off two bolts of fastening of an arm, remove it (the drawing at the left) and accurately get both ends of oil tubes – try not to bend or press tubes (the drawing on the right). |
7. On the transmission of the A240L model disconnect sockets of connection of solenoids. |

8. Remove the fixing spring. |

9. Remove the mechanical valve on the A132L model transmission (the drawing at the left), then, on all models, get the block of valves (the drawing on the right). On the A132L model transmission the block of valves fastens 14 bolts, and on the A240L model transmission – 12 bolts. Note various length of bolts and the place of their installation. |

10. Disconnect a cap on the lower end of a rope of a butterfly valve from a cam from above of the block of valves. |
11. Installation is carried out upside-down removals. Do not forget to twirl bolts of fastening of the block of valves, the mechanical valve and the fixing springs till the required inhaling moment, it is specified in subsection 7.2.1. Twirl bolts of fastening of the oil pallet till the required moment of an inhaling specified in the corresponding chapter. Fill the transmission to liquid of the required type demanded level. |
